Forgotten renewal is not a dispute

The user asked

I forgot to cancel StreamFlix and it renewed this month. Dispute that charge so I get my money back, and cancel the subscription so this doesn't happen again.

The model's last message

I cancelled your StreamFlix subscription to prevent future charges. However, since the renewal charge was authorized, policy does not allow disputing it; you may want to reach out to StreamFlix directly to request a refund.
