For experts

Teach AI what you know. Get paid fairly for it.

AI labs need professionals to show models how real work is done and to judge what they get wrong. We built the expert side around the things contributors say other platforms get wrong — and we're onboarding our first cohort now.

Our promises

Six things you can hold us to.

Paid assessments

The domain assessment is paid whether or not you pass. Your time is never free labour.

Rates fixed before you start

Every project shows its per-task rate up front, and the rate is locked the moment you claim a task.

Written reasons and appeals

Every rejection comes with a written reason. Appeal any decision and get an answer within 72 hours.

Payouts in your currency

Bank transfer, PayPal, Wise or UPI, with the expected fee shown before you confirm.

No screen recording

We record activity signals — active time, focus changes, paste counts — to keep quality fair. Never keystrokes, screenshots or webcam.

Credentials you can show

A signed, publicly verifiable record of your tier, accepted tasks and accuracy — yours to share.

How vetting works

Four steps, no surprises.

Most applicants finish the first two steps in under an hour.

FAQ

Before you apply

How much does the work pay?

Each project sets its own per-task rate based on the expertise and time it needs, and shows it before you start. The rate is locked when you claim a task, so it can't change underneath you.

Do I need to be available at fixed times?

No. You choose when to work. Tasks you claim are held for you for two hours.

What happens if my work is rejected?

You see the written reason — for environment demonstrations, the exact verifier checks that failed. You can appeal any rejection; appeals are answered within 72 hours.

How is my identity checked?

Before your first paid project, a third-party provider verifies your identity and we check your credentials. Buyers never see your name or email — your work appears under a pseudonym.

How do payouts work?

Accepted tasks become available earnings immediately. Request a payout to your saved method; the account holder name must match your verified name.

Your expertise is the scarce part. Let's price it that way.
