Who we are

Sandworld operates this website, the environment API and the expert workspace. Contact: hello@sandworld.dev.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, organization, hashed password.
• Expert profile data: country, timezone, languages, domains, education and experience you provide; assessment results; payout method holder name and a masked identifier.
• Work data: your submissions and reviews, plus activity signals on task pages — active time, focus changes, paste events and pasted character counts. We never record keystroke content, screenshots or camera.
• Environment usage: episodes, tool calls and verifier results produced through the API or the playground.
• Technical data: IP address for rate limiting and security, and the browser user agent on sign-in.

How we use it

To run the service, pay experts, measure and enforce data quality, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Buyers see expert work only under per-project pseudonyms.

Sharing

We share data with service providers that host and operate the service, payment and identity-verification providers when you use those features, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and your rights

We keep data while your account is active and as required for accounting and legal purposes. You can request access, correction or deletion at hello@sandworld.dev. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or India's DPDP Act may give you additional rights.
