Terms of Service

The service

Sandworld provides simulated app environments, an API to run agents in them, and a workspace where organizations commission expert data. Environments are simulations: they never place real orders or move real money.

Accounts

Keep your credentials and API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the public sandbox.

Customer data and deliverables

Ownership and licensing of datasets and custom environments are set in each order or statement of work, including whether a deliverable is exclusive or non-exclusive.

Experts

Experts are independent contractors. Each project states its per-task rate before work starts; the rate is fixed when a task is claimed. Accepted work is paid; every rejection includes a written reason and can be appealed. Experts assign intellectual-property rights in their submissions as set out in the contributor agreement signed at onboarding.

Acceptable use

Don't attack the service, attempt to access others' data, or use the sandbox to train on other customers' private environments.
